Transparent data processing
This page describes the website features and external contact channels. The operator listed below is responsible for responding to enquiries.
Local features
Saved projects, interface language, reading scale and welcome dismissal may be stored in this browser's localStorage. They require no registration, contain no contact details and remain on the device until you clear the site's data.
The map and catalogue may store filters, a search query of up to 96 characters, the selected project, zoom and list position in this tab; project pages may store your reading position. This data is not sent to the server and disappears when the tab is closed. Do not enter contact details in search fields.
For a voluntary enquiry, sessionStorage in this tab keeps only the first internal path and safe utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content tags. The full URL, referrer and advertising click IDs are not stored; the context is not sent unless the form is submitted.
Enquiries
You message the manager through your chosen messenger or make a call. When discussing a search, WhatsApp receives a prepared message with your criteria and selected projects, which you can review before sending. You can copy the text for Telegram. The site does not store your name, phone number or messages in its search log. Messengers handle the data you send under their own terms.
Saved property searches
After a search, Atlas records the selected criteria, matching project IDs, counts and date for 180 days to understand demand. Names, contact details and free-text queries are not written to this log. Your last 10 searches stay in your browser and can be deleted in My searches. A temporary network-address hash limits request frequency for up to one hour. Only the site owner can access the report. Expired records are excluded from reports and deleted on the next search or scheduled maintenance.
Analytics
Microsoft Clarity may record visited pages, clicks, scrolling and a privacy-masked replay of interactions; sensitive text is masked. Configured analytics load only after providers are selected separately. Settings remain available from every page; withdrawing consent stops analytics and removes cookies available to the site after reload.
Yandex Metrica and Session Replay
After your consent, Yandex receives page visit, click and scroll data for analytics and replaying interactions on this website. Recording input field contents is disabled in the counter settings. Full IP addresses are not stored. Refusal does not restrict use of the site; you can change your choice under Privacy — Language & analytics.
Advertising measurement
When configured and separately accepted, Meta and Google Ads measure clicks on Atlas WhatsApp, Telegram and phone links. A click means opening a contact channel, not sending a message or completing a call. Events include the channel and page path; message text and phone numbers are not added to event parameters. Advertising cookies can connect these actions with an advertisement. Refusing does not prevent contacting Atlas; preferences can be changed here.
Voice AI
Voice AI is hidden, microphone access is blocked by browser policy and the server endpoint is closed. A separate notice about audio processing and OpenAI will be published before any future activation.
Required before an EU launch
The controller's full legal name and address, a privacy contact, an EU representative or DPO where applicable, purposes and legal bases, recipients and processors, international transfers and safeguards, actual deletion periods, user rights and the supervisory authority.
Rights and requests
For requests to access, correct or delete personal data, use the operator contact listed in this section. Hosting and security logs may contain IP addresses and request data; recipients and retention periods must be disclosed before contact collection starts.
