I spend most of my time at home. A proper desk space and a change of scene after lunch matter more to me. Anton and I could view the same apartment and rate it very differently.

That is why I would stop arguing about the best neighbourhood. Let everyone describe their Tuesday. It makes what we need much clearer.

Mine is the opposite: calls all day. An empty room looks lovely in a photo, but I am already trying to position a desk so the light does not hit the screen.

A useful viewing feels like a small rehearsal of life. Rather than walking through the rooms, picture your bag, shopping, wet trainers and work laptop.

I would never have thought to start with toys. I imagined the big checklist first: home, school, paperwork. Perhaps a child starts by needing something familiar?

Mine do. I also wrote down our normal day step by step. That helped me ask about journeys, schedules and time together. A neighbourhood name alone cannot answer those questions.
